Rich was willing to take the time to talk me through my options and explain the kinds of systems that were available to us. Having also talked with other companies, in my opinion he went above and beyond. We had both a new AC unit and new furnace installed. The furnace installation was tricky because it was in a very confined space. Our schedules were also challenging, but Rich was great at accommodating in every way he could. Had two central AC systems replaced. Job was completed in a very efficient way, on schedule and at a very reasonable price. Technicians were excellent, going above and beyond the itemized work to assure that all aspects of both systems were functioning properly. Rich, the owner, was more than generous with his time and expertise. This is the kind of company that makes a homeowner confident and comfortable in his choice of service professionals.

Excellent company. Highly recommend. I trust them and I never feel like they are upselling or down talking to me. So far they fixed and cleaned my AC and fixed my furnace. They both are older units and needed some TLC. Ultra Air is the best!!
