I recently worked with Steve Rich Environmental Contractors for the removal of an underground oil tank at a property my client was selling in Elizabeth, NJ, under a tight timeline and strict lender requirements. From our very first conversation, I knew we were in excellent hands.
Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and transparent every step of the way. They explained the process clearly, followed through on every detail, and delivered exactly what they promised- on time, with no surprises. Such amazingly kind people! They answered all of my questions and were patient enough to not only explain in a way I could understand, but also went above and beyond to find answers I needed. Would highly recommend!!!!
Steve Rich removed a 1000 gallon UGST from my property, and they did an excellent job! Very professional and punctual etc. Everything they said they'd do was done on the timeline and price that we'd agreed upon. The tank was located near my AC units, and they were able to figure out a way to remove the tank and not cause any damage to the AC units. The clean-up afterwards was like it never happened. By far the best experience I've had with a contractor! Glenn, Isiah, and Luis were fantastic.
