a disaster, I had cataract surgery with Dr Silverstein, the day he operated on I had unbearable pain in my eye, after 1 year I see worse than before!!, at night I see rays in the lights, and some days I appear with a white eye He said that it is normal for him to see me in 6 months? The remedy was worse than the disease!!! I do not recommend this doctor at all !!!!!

What a terrible experience. Poor management of covid protocol. They only have one person checking and out. Waited over an hour to be called in at 2pm. They extend the credit card fee to the patient if they don't pay cash. Receptionist was not friendly or welcoming.

Dishonest, long wait time, rude staff. They billed my insurance incorrectly in order to get paid more by my insurance. They billed my routine eye exam as a consultation. I stated I was coming in for a routine eye exam because I hadn't been to the eye doctor in a few years. I called my insurance and requested that they send a corrected claim and they refused. I am expecting a call back from the doctor, but I sincerely doubt that will happen. They stated that the practice did not consider my appointment as routine because I was a new patient. I stated multiple times that I was coming in for a regular eye exam. It was during the appointment that they asked if I had my changes in my vision, I did say that they most likely did change because I didn't have an exam in a few years. So as they were refusing to correct the claim, they said that the reason for my visit was a complaint of vision. When I called to make the appointment I said it was a regular exam. As far as I know anything found or discovered during a routine exam doesn't mean that it changes the way you bill it. If I had known they would bill like this I would never have stepped foot into this place.
