I recently had my first visit to America’s Best in Clifton, NJ and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in. While the receptionist was busy with another guest, Michael took the initiative to wave me over so I wouldn't have to wait. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made me feel welcome.
My entire interaction with Michael was outstanding. He is incredibly pleasant, professional, and very easy to talk to. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. If you’re heading to this location, Michael is definitely the person to see!
Today was my second time going to Americas Best for an adjustment & Felicia has helped me both times. She adjusted my glasses & added a screw to tighten the legs up. She is always a pleasure to see with how sweet she is. I will be back soon for an appointment! Thanks to her!
