Quest Diagnostics offers COVID-19 antibody testing by appointment at their location next to LA Fitness at the Promenade Shops at Clifton. The process of getting tested at this facility is generally positive and smooth. Appointments can be made online through the MyQuest account, and there is a check-in process through text message. The location is clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of the patients. The staff is friendly and professional, with Maria specifically noted for being amazing with children, helping to make the experience painless and stress-free. Other staff members are also recognized for their helpfulness and cheerfulness. The location provides drug screening, urine testing, routine lab tests, glucose tolerance tests, and Blueprint for Wellness testing. They accommodate patients who arrive before closing and continue to offer excellent service even when busy.
I have only been to this location twice but both times I have been treated amazingly well. I tend to pass out when I get my
Blood drawn so I let them know in advance and they always work with me. The staff is amazing! SO friendly and truly care. I felt very welcomed and in great hands. I appreciate them truly and hope they get recognized for how wonderful they truly are!
I usually have very pleasant experience at the Quest Diagnostics location in Clifton. The location is convenient, the staff is efficient, respectful, and professional, and the visit is very quick. They do not waste your time at this location, which I really appreciate.
The space itself is also relaxing and nicely decorated, which makes every visit feel comfortable. Overall, this is a well-run location and I would definitely recommend it.
I’ve used this facility in Clifton and have always had a very pleasant experience, Maris was wonderful, I’m a hard person to have blood taken and she was able to get it done on the first try. Maria was very comforting, she made me feel at ease , I’m a very satisfied patient of Quest.
