Dr. Ana & Dr. Boutros are amazing. Great bedside manner and address all your needs & concerns. The issue is the office staff. They overbook and there is always an insane wait. They also are rude and do not respond to requests promptly. Having to wait almost a month for medication authorization is not a standard practice but is how they deal with patients. The phone lines are always busy, they don't respond to text messages, and take longer than their promised 48hrs to get back to you via their portal. The medical service from the doctors is great but the office staff and lack of professionalism caused me to switch doctors after almost 9 years.
