I waited a terribly long time for a standard order (one big mac, one happy meal). the drive-through took precedence over those of us that went inside to order. after waiting 20 minutes, i asked for a refund. no team effort was visible, and a clear lack of organization was evident. this trip to mcdonald's for my grandkids will be my last. i won't go back.
