AMAZING!! I have had such a great experience at NJ Center for Health and Healing, LLC. It has been the only thing that has worked for me! I am down 50 lbs and have felt the best I have in years. The staff have been so helpful and supportive during my weight loss journey answering any and all questions that I have! I can’t say enough how amazing it is here.

So far I really really enjoy ideal protein! I got to sit and talk about the program one on one and really understand how it works. The rest is just following the very simple diet plan. There is a coach who calls to check in and answer any questions you may have. Also they have the most comprehensive scale ever! It told my weight, BMI, PBF, how much each limb weighed and how much water was in my body. It’s amazing! Very precise and helps a lot during weekly weigh ins to stay motivated. I especially like that they help you maintain the weight you are happy at when you get there! I 100% recommend joining ideal protein. I started with my husband back in July 2020; he’s currently down 40 & I’m down 35lbs... we feel great and thanks to our awesome friends, family and super helpful coach we feel determined to finish!
