The owner is knowledgeable and friendly. He had a more durable key to replace the original key that had that formed 2 cracks from a lock from home depot. He has a much larger selection of key blanks than they have.

Great store. They have many keys. After going to several places before arriving at this place end no other place could make a copy of the particular key that I had. I went right over to action door hardware and met the owner Art. Great guy, very professional. He made several copies of the particular key that I had. I have since been back to his place a couple times and will continue to be a customer.

Amazing service. Guy was very friendly and informative about everything. Talked on the phone a week before and he gave me a quote range to get a broken key out of a doorknob. Gave me the low price of the range when I went there and a free key with it. Fast service as well. Will not go anywhere else after today for all my lock and key needs.
