Inconsistent work, appointments canceled last minute with no notice. The staff is very nice however it’s not enough for me to keep coming here to get my hands and feet done. There are a ton of places that have better work and customer service in the area. Also the shop and equipment need to be updated. Especially the towels used for pedicures they smell like old damp towels.

This place is super hit or miss. Sometimes you’ll have a good experience sometimes, just no. Today was by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady doing my toes was completely unenthusiastic about it, which like I get it, you’re touching peoples feet for a living, but you also signed up for this. It all started the moment my feet touched the water, in which I literally screamed and cursed out loud because the water was burning hot. She didn’t apologize or concerned in the slightest, barely got a word out of her, when all she did was change the temp and asked if that was better? Ma’am, you just burned my feet.
