The Yoga Fusion and Yoga Sculpt classes have quickly become favorites of mine. They strike the perfect balance between traditional yoga and strength training—challenging enough to break a sweat and build muscle, but still grounded in breath and flow.
I just did the $25 intro week and have nothing, but positive things to say about this studio! I have been trying a lot of studios around the area and this one is definitely a favorite!! Each class I attended was amazing & all of the instructors were extremely welcoming and helpful, especially Sema & the owner Suzanne. I am so excited to become a member of The New Moon Hot Yoga community and continue my practice here!!
Fantastic boutique studio! Beautiful and clean space. New Moon has built a friendly and supportive community of yogis. Each instructor brings a different style and perspective that inspires you to deepen your practice and grow.
