“I have done this program and it really works to get that weight off fast! It is an unforgiving program in that you cannot cheat and must be committed to doing it how it is outlined. It is not cheap, but CareCredit is accepted and you can pay different rates without interest. Cash is cheaper but it's a lot. Aside from that, you buy your own food and take their supplements. I have lost over 40 pounds but due to my bad stress eating, I gained it back. The first time, I kept it off for a year- my fault I thought it came off so easy, I'd take care of it later but never did. Dr. D. Is very pleasant and so are the girls who work with the program. I'm happy they exist because I know where to go when I want results. You must be committed to doing this or it will not work.“
