I didn't want anyone else to cut my hair, so I was happy she wound up at this location!The salon is always clean, and everyone is extremely friendly. It takes me at least 40 minutes to get there, but it's worth the drive every time!“

“Since young I’ve dealt with facial hair due to PCOS. With very little knowledge I did laser which caused Paradoxical Hypertrichosis. Years of not feeling confident, constant shaving, plucking, hiding my face with my hair. I finally got the courage and did Electrolysis research and I came across Riyah’s website and all the good reviews. I went for a consultation and Mounika explained the process and treatments. I took a chance and started my journey with her back in January 2025. I’ve been consistently going biweekly appointments since then and I must honestly say, it’s the best decision I’ve made! “I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“
