Air conditioner was not performing well. Called and was please to get an appointment today. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and able to resolve problem. Very, very pleased with service.
Highly recommend! My AC System wasn't cooling and they came out the same day! No emergency fee. The entire service experience was A+. From the initial phone call (Liam) was very friendly and knowledgeable and able to schedule a tech same day. (at first I swore it was an AI answering service) He Called back with updates on the ETA of technician and ensured I was going to get service. The tech Nicolas arrived, he was very professional and knowledgable. Quoted everything every step of the way and gave options. No hidden charges! Saved the day on this Hot Sunday afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this company. My hot water heater went out on me at 9pm one night and they had a new one installed with the old one taken away by 10am the next day. Their cost is worth it because you're getting what you pay for. Chris S. and his associates were super professional and efficient.
