A few months after my mother passed I contacted Etched in Stone and spoke with Frank. He was very professional and friendly. Over the next several days we worked on a grave marker for my mother. There was some back and forth and corrections along the way. Frank didn't stop until he got the marker completed to my satisfaction. Before payment was made he was upfront and gave me an estimate of the timeframe to completion which- due to labor and material shortages- was estimated to be a while. As it turned out it was done in about half the time and delivered to the cemetery who installed the marker a few days later. I highly recommend this company.
Etched in Stone & Frank came highly recommended to me once my father passed. It took us almost a year to muster the strength to call Frank and schedule a meeting. We did not know what we wanted and honestly, didn’t want to deal with getting the monument done because it’s that very last piece and makes it very, VERY real to see your loved ones name etched on a monument in front of you. That first phone call with Frank was tough but he was so patient, warm and comforting. Frank did a great job with my mother's stone. Talked to my father through every step of the process. Not only did the stone look even better in person but it arrived about two months early as well. If you are looking for a fitting tribute for your loved one Etched in Stone is the place to go.
