I was there the day that Tatiana was in the office, and she conveniently omitted the part of how rude and disrespectful she was to Egypt. Egypt was nothing but kind and considerate and helpful at all times. It was only when Tatiana and her husband both ganged up on Egypt and Tatiana called Egypt a racial slur, that Egypt felt the need to have her supervisor step in. Tell the whole story, not just the untruth part.

I visited your facility because I have been dealing with a respiratory illness for approximately three weeks, and my symptoms worsened this morning. Since my primary care physician is closed on Saturdays, I had no choice but to seek care at your location.
Upon arrival, I began the check-in process on my phone. Shortly after, my name was called by a receptionist identified as Egypt. From the start, her tone was abrupt and unprofessional. She immediately accused me of “creating another ID” and insisted I had done something wrong, directing me to complete paperwork without explaining the situation respectfully.
I calmly expressed that I was unfamiliar with the process and asked her to be mindful of how she was speaking to me, as I was feeling unwell and experiencing chest pain from persistent coughing. Despite this, her tone remained harsh. She handed me a clipboard abruptly, and as I sat down to complete the forms, she approached me again and demanded my license, stating that my ID on file was expired.
At this point, I was increasingly uncomfortable and agitated—not only due to her behavior but also because of my medical condition. I informed her that I would provide all requested documents once I finished the paperwork, but she continued speaking in an inappropriate manner.
The situation escalated further, and my husband felt compelled to intervene due to the way I was being treated. Egypt then called over the manager, Steven, and portrayed us as being disruptive. This was extremely concerning, as I was simply trying to seek care while feeling ill.
Manager Steven did step in, brought us into a room, and offered an apology, which I appreciated. However, the behavior we experienced prior to that was unacceptable.
Additionally, I witnessed Egypt speak in a similarly inappropriate tone to another patient in the waiting area, questioning why they were still there rather than offering assistance respectfully.
This experience left me feeling disrespected, stressed, and unsupported during a time when I needed medical care. I strongly believe that front-facing staff should demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and basic courtesy—especially in a healthcare setting.
I will also be escalating this matter to corporate, as I believe this conduct requires serious attention.

I used to like this place but recently it’s been terrible. Long wait times, no clear communication and no one can ever tell you what’s going on. They don’t know the procedure for physicals and then will have you sit and wait 30 minutes to tell you to register once the waiting room is full to capacity. Also , they don’t know how to perform vision tests and a lot of the staff seem unknowledgeable. Wouldn’t waste my time or money coming here again. They are not compassionate and are unorganized.
*Update: since I made this post this place has incorrectly billed me for a physical Everytime I come for an urgent care visit. I have $600 worth of bills now. The billing manager is not helpful or knowledgeable. I WILL NOT be returning here for ANY future services

Horrible experience with Dr. Patel. Went there because I felt awful. I was exhausted, wheezing and my ear hurt. Dr. Patel didn’t look at my ear or listen to my cough. What doctor doesn’t listen to your chest if you complain of wheezing? He told me it was allergies and to take Zyrtek and Allegra. I told him it wasn’t allergies. He said I will prescribe you amoxicillin, but that I didn’t need it. My husband and I were shocked. Don’t waste your time with Dr. Patel!

Got in surprisingly quick. No sitting in exam room waiting for 15-20 minutes.
    Whole experience was fantastic.
Nurse (Olko?) and PA (Kevin) were super efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, never felt rushed.
I never leave reviews but this one is well deserved.
Kudos to all the folks I dealt with!! -Ed

They wanted to charge a flat $250 fee for not having insurance, and that was before even seeing me. That seemed a bit excessive, so I went across the street to another urgent care and it was $150.
