Our first time here but not our lastAlice took my 4 legged baby right away for a quick nail clipping, during walk in hours. She was so great with my pug, who ABSOLUTELY HATES his paws even touched. Alice gently handled him and quickly finished the nail filing. And of course my dog was just fine. I will definitely go back, at least once a month.

I see why they’re unable to take anymore clients. They are so busy yet still welcome you (whether on the phone or in person) with the warmest most loving, caring voices and it really makes you trust them because they’re really sincere and courteous people. I’ve had to take my dogs to other places recently because I wasn’t able to get an appointment for a few months and boy I had forgotten how bad it was out there. People just don’t care for you or your dog and they just want your money. With Alice, it’s just not like that. Definitely worth it. I’m a loyal customer. Thank you so so much Alice, Blaine and I’m so sorry I forgot the 3rd persons name.

Actual rating 3.5 stars.I brought my dog for her first groom given all the positive ratings on Facebook and Google. I told the groomer I would like to keep her long with 1" left on the body, which was clarified by both the groomer and myself before leaving the dog. She did have one of her front legs with an area that was short after her spay which I did ask to blend out the best they could. She also did have 2 small matts under her front arms from her harness.I asked them to give her the typical bichon cut with her head hair in a round/globe like cut. My family member picked her up and it was clear she had a puppy cut which was not what I requested. I was not called about...read full review
