the most unprofessional hair salon i ever encountered , the lady who did my hair was burping the entire time and it was disgusting. the owner of the place, bibi verbally bullied me. 0/10, i would rather eat my own hand than to ever come back there.
Requested style: the style was cute but the customer service wasn’t. i was disrespected

I went here last minute because someone cancelled on me for boho knotless and they did not disappoint! They were very friendly and fast, Daphne did my hair ..

They said they don’t dip there box braids after getting them done. Lies. They just didn’t want to help me

even one star is too much. I came in for small knotless boho braids and this lady PLAYED in my head. First off they were adament about me using their human hair for the curl pieces. That was definitely synthetic hair, it was so rough and tangled and frizzy after 1 day. Then as she got closer to the front of my hair i realized, they were not the size i asked for. They were definitely medium and i asked for small. Ok, the WORSE part is i spent $220 on my hair and the picture below is my hair after a week. Its horrible, my hair look like its been in for two months. These are the WORSE braids i have ever had and I will NOT be returning.Service: Braids

I had the worst experience ever at your establishment. I would not recommend your salon to anyone. Lack of professionalism was insurmountable. The communication was horrible, and they did not stand on their word. I sent a picture of the style 4 days prior to arriving.They did not follow my style. The employee wanted to braid my hair in style of her choice. I only wanted to cornrows with curly ends.
