My husband and I met Erica at her open house in Panther Valley. It was our first time visiting the community and Erica was so outgoing and friendly. The short summary is that Erica Tattersal is the realtor you need! My wife and I had never looked into buying a home before meeting Erica, and I can easily say now that real estate agents have very difficult jobs! There is infinite coordination, infinite paperwork, and agents are essentially on a doctor's schedule of always being "on call". You want someone who is articulate, who can explain the process to you, who is organized, who follows up on all loose ends, and who is flexible enough to work around your schedule.
