I can’t recommend Strong Together CrossFit enough. The workouts change every day, keep you engaged, and always include variations for every skill level.

Coach Zack is excellent. He explains each movement clearly and puts form and safety first.

The community is the best part. You’re surrounded by people who work hard, encourage each other, and want to be better.

I have never done a crossfit class in my life (and really don't consider myself to be into fitness at all), but a friend just dragged me to a class at Strong Together Chester CrossFit. I was pleasantly surprised with the welcoming atmosphere and the encouragement. The owner, Zach, spent time showing me easier workout routines that were more my speed. The gym also made me feel comfortable that I could do my workout at my pace alongside more experienced fitness goers. I really appreciate that all experience levels are welcomed there. I've been going to Strong Together Chester Cross Fit for over 7 years. Prior to going, my health & fitness had stagnated. Since joining and attending regularly for 7 years, my health and fitness have improved drastically. I have lost weight and toned up all muscle groups and increased my strength. After trying and failing working out for decades, I attribute my success to the culture and community that Cross Fit offers and more specifically Strong Together Chester and the owner Zack.
