Chester Riding Club

We moved to Chester Riding Club about 8 months ago and have really enjoyed our experience so far. It is a family friendly barn with great horses and instructors. We have already made some good friends too. I'm a father and I take lessons at the same time, or sequentially (if I want more focused teaching) with my two sons who also love riding. Both flat and jumping lessons are great, and my riding has definitely improved a lot since I started here. This isn't just because the teachers are great. It's the horses too. I have been taking riding lessons at Chester Riding Club (CRC) for about a year and it has been a fantastic experience! CRC has become my "Zen time" away from work/life stress and has enabled me to build a new skill that I truly love. The CRC team encourages continuous learning and hands-on experience from the minute you walk through the door; and the entire team are incredibly generous educators. I've learned how to bring horses in from the field (even if I occasionally bring in the wrong one), groom and tack them, start to understand their behavior, and of course am learning all aspects of riding/technique. I'm an adult who just started to ride again after years out of the saddle. What a wonderful group of people to help me get back my confidence and skills. No drama, personalized instruction, and wonderful lesson horses. Highly recommend!
