A construction project left parts of our carpet with deep sitting dust and several stains. Ofek confirmed the carpet material for suitable and safe treatment, explained his work properly, and prepared us for what to expect during the drying process (the waves all across the room came and went indeed). The results are great! And, Ofek was very respectful, neat, and professional.
