I lost my new eyeliner in a different store at the mall, and the other store's employees came in here so they could have the liner shipped to me. Not only did these folks ship me back my liner, but they also added in extra goodies. :) So appreciative of them going above and beyond for me.

There are so many options. In my opinion, too many!The staff was nice and helpful, but there are too many options. I think the brands need to be vetted and narrowed down. Keep the top three of each line or product. They can't all be good, and if so, then narrow down to the best!
