I walked in just to check prices and Deepa was the wonderful lady to help me and she literally sold the idea of me needing to cater to myself more. She is really good at what she does she was very kind and was patient with me with all the questions I had about the membership and service in general. She made me feel very welcomed and my whole understanding of hands and stone is completely different now from before i walked in the establishment.
Visited this location for the first time a couple weeks ago for a facial. Molly made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as it was my first dermaplaning experience. She was knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my skin routine to give insight & suggestions when I asked her opinion on products. Highly recommend booking with her, I left feeling rejuvenated and glowing.
From the moment I walked into the door until I left, I had the best experience here. The entire staff was great, polite and very thorough. Carmella was my massage therapist and she was phenomenal. She listed to my concerns and offered recommendations. I have never felt better. I am so glad I chose this particular Hand and Stone! Fantastic staff!!
