I wanted to leave a review about Kayla the receptionist. I was having a really hard day and she treated me like an old friend. She really touched my heart, even writing about this makes me a little emotional. I just thought it was important for someone to know how kindly I was treated. I always liked hands and stone and usually receive good service. I went in for a facial and massage Tuesday 1/6/2024. My friend and I both had services . I was using my services up since I cancelled my membership due to my own personal choice. Well I was ok that my massage started 20 minutes late. The massage was great. Then I had my facial that ended actually at 1:01. Now my massage was scheduled for 11. (Started at 11:20)Facial for 12. So the young lady at the desk said my facial ended at 1:05? I actually looked at the clock it was 1:01. She offered me an add on which was ok but why did my facial end 20 minutes early? I felt rushed and I had the nerve to tip over...read full review

My experience was completely AWESOME. Deja(receptionist) was very pleasant, professional and welcoming). Shay(facial technician) was extremely warm, thorough and knowledgeable. I can't wait to go back!
