Micheal and his team at Safer Homes Services were professional and friendly. Our issue wasn’t an emergency but they are responsive and timely. Micheal evaluated the situation(even went as far to check the rest of the basement) and offered solutions. They never tried to upsell me. If you’re thinking of getting waterproofing done in your basement/ crawlspace do it now while these guys are under the radar. Great work! Here are some before and after- gap in sewer line patched, SUPER clogged sump pump snaked and cleaned, leak and crack in patchwork cleaned and repaired.
Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even gave me things I should do myself rather than charge me to do it himself to do it which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.
I can't thank the folks at Safer Home Services enough! I was a few states away when a pipe under my sink decided my home would look better underwater.
I called and within minutes, Michael was headed over there. He managed to get the water turned off and immediately started the process of drying my home. He even stopped by the next morning to make sure my heater was still running.
Based on the work they did and the urgency in getting over there, I think their price was extremely fair.
