Harry and team made it easy. Quick efficient and all the details covered. Had a non denominational Christian ceremony and it was very well done. Many people used the live stream. And the team. Had us packed up and ready to go just in time to get to the celebration of life
Sadly, I had to use Platt Memorial Chapels services this week. All I can say is what a great operation. From no pressure sales, to perfect execution down to including all the little details I never thought of (i.e thank you cards, etc). When they called to say the death certificates were available, they asked if i wanted them delivered. They hand delivered them 30 minutes later. At a time of sorry and crazy business, Platt made everything all the easier.
All of the staff were very compassionate and took care of every detail. Great communication before and after my mothers funeral. My family was very satisfied with everything they did for us.
