I’ve been going to Olive for years! I had an issue with my nails once and the wonderful owner (Lana) let me come back and have them redone free of charge. I really appreciate the wonderful nail techs here, specifically Tee and Econ! It’s a luxurious and well-located salon.

I stopped in to try out this nail salon. The lady who did my nails did a good job and was very nice. My complaint is with the young girl at the front desk. I gave her my first and last name but I declined to give my phone number. She laughed and did a bit of an eye roll. I understand their job is to get my phone number and to blow up my phone with offers etc but my job is to protect myself and my privacy.

Went in for a pedicure. I have never been left with so much dry dry on my feet as after this pedicure. I asked the tech to buff/fix it and she said I have to pay extra to get it any better. I mentioned this to man at the desk as I was frustrated, I have never had to pay to have the Skin buffed smooth, and he said I don't know why she said that. Did not inquire with her or pursue my issue further. I was clearly annoyed and the tech nor the man at the desk seemed to care. As a first time customer, I was disappointed that no one cared I was unhappy. Not sure I'll be back which is sad as this place came highly recommended.
