Millie did an amazing job with my brows. I am very particular when it comes to how they are shaped because sometimes they can look boxy. She helped to shape them and give them some definition. Definitely will only let her do my brows from now on.

I'm in this store several times a month. There are always quite a few salespeople on the floor who ask me multiple times if I need help - up to nine times in 30 minutes (I counted). Meanwhile, most of the shelves need a good dusting and the stock needs to be pulled forward and straightened. I've had to get down on my knees to see if something is in stock only to see what I want all the way at the back of rack. Makes me wonder if the older stock is REALLY old, because it never seems to be rotated. Someone needs to be designated to organize stock on every shift. Mollie at the Benefit Brow bar is awesome. I'm pregnant, tired, over worked & just needed some help with getting my eyebrows done. She really took her time with me & her attention to detail was on point! I will definitely be back!
