My dad entered Barclays Rehabilitation after getting his hip replaced. When he arrived at Barclays, he was walking with a walker. Within one week, he was walking with a cane. When it was time for my dad, to be finished with rehab, he walked out of Barclays on his own. They were very good about giving him his physical therapy every day. Some days, he would not want to do it. The staff worked really well with him. Barclays was clean and had a nice smell. My dad thoroughly enjoyed their food. He actually did not want to leave. I feel like that says a lot about a place. I think my dad would have lived there if he had the opportunity… Lol! Joel, took very good care of my dad, and made him feel very special! Dr. Katie Valenzano and Dr. Curreri took such good care of my dad, that when he was released, he made them his primary doctors. I highly recommend Barclays if you need rehabilitation.
My 77 year old father was transferred to Barclays Rehabilitation after getting a hip replacement. He loved it so much, he didn’t want to leave. I feel like that says a lot about a place. Barclays was clean and smelled good. My dad also raved about the food. I know it is a rehab center, and you are not there for the food. However, my dad really did enjoy it. They were very good about giving him his physical therapy. When he arrived there, he was walking with a walker. Honestly, within a week, he had moved to a cane. When he was finished at Barclays , he was able to walk out on his own. Joel was wonderful and made my dad feel so special! Dr. Valenzano and her team of doctors took such good care of my dad that after leaving, he made them his primary doctors! I highly recommend Barclays if you need to get rehab.
The building is excellent it is superass by the staff. I would recommend Barclays to friends and family.
