On Oct 27 ‘25 we encountered a leak in our laundry room area. We had a local plumber come to the house and expressed that this would involve a sewer pipe in the wall that was leaking and required immediate attention,that was out of hie expertise. His thoughts were to advise us to someone who can do pipe lining. We found four companies and three or them COULD NOT help us. At 5:15 that evening we called the 4th company being Pipe Works. We had an excellent experience with Pipe Works. Anthony, our technician, went above and beyond to get to the root cause of our drain issue. He cleared the line, put a camera down, and was fully invested in finding the problem — something other companies we hired were unable (or unwilling) to do, despite already paying them. Anthony’s professionalism, persistence, and knowledge really stood out. We highly recommend Pipe Works to anyone in need of expert service.
Pipe Work team remove my old furnace and replaced it with a new Lennox system. The installation was done clean precise and professional. The Production Manager (Ryan)was very detailed oriented. He kept a line of communication from the day of his walk through consistently until the installation was completed. He took the time and patience in making sure I understood ever aspect and steps of what will be done from start to finish.
