On Oct 27 ‘25 we encountered a leak in our laundry room area. We had a local plumber come to the house and expressed that this would involve a sewer pipe in the wall that was leaking and required immediate attention,that was out of hie expertise. His thoughts were to advise us to someone who can do pipe lining. We found four companies and three or them COULD NOT help us. At 5:15 that evening we called the 4th company being Pipe Works. I have one word to say… AMAZING! Pipe break in my house inside the wall. My neighbor recommended PIPE WORKS SERVICES out of Chatham. It’s always hard to find a company that does the right job! Trust me…I’ve been through a bunch of them!! FINALLY… LET ME SAY IT AGAIN FINALLY… I FOUND THEM!! As soon as I made the call yesterday, I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone, who told me that they could work around my schedule, no problem! And that’s what they did! We are always pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and service provided by Pipeworks and their technicians. Our technician Matt was great at identifying and solving our hot water heater issue. This experience and all prior experiences with Pipeworks has been fantastic.
