There was a big storm on a recent Saturday night and my older gutter across the entire back of the house departed from the facia and hung precariously above our cars parked in the driveway. We moved the cars in time but still the separated gutter was very dangerous!
Jonathon Novalis personally responded to my emergency email and sent a tech to repair the gutter on a Sunday afternoon! We can’t thank Novalis enough for the service above and beyond what most companies would ever do.

Novalis repaired our water damaged siding, corner posts, and gutter joints. Devin headed the screw run by Gomez. Devin managed the operation well and kept informed me of what is going on. Gomez was very friendly and explained the details of what he is doing. The pictures he took of the work progress were very helpful. One view of the gutter joint I wanted to see was the top view AFTER the miter joints were made. I would have liked to that the joints were screwed together or rivetted. When I mentioned improvement to be made with painting the crew accommodated my requests.

I contacted Novalis Roofing & Siding in early August to request the repair of one of the downspouts on my church. They called me back that same afternoon to say someone would be contacting me the following day to schedule an appointment to inspect the job, they did. In addition to the downspout, the inspection revealed several loose slates on the roof, a couple of roof vents that were cracked at their base and missing siding.
We had a rather short work window given numerous events that the church was hosting in August, Novalis said there was no problem doing the job on our schedule.
