^This lady is a sheep and a lunatic, go where you want regardless of masks. That being said, this place is never open. I've gone there three separate days at three separate times of day to pick up my laundry and they've always been closed despite their front door saying "open Mon-Fri 7:30 to 5:30, and Sat 8-5". Its getting extremely frustrating because each trip is a complete waste of time and money. Wish I could get my money back tbh.

Did not go in for drop off because a man went in without wearing a mask and they servedhim I will never go in that cleaners!!!

The lady always said I had an "old stain," even though it wasn't. So many times it seemed like they didn't even clean my clothing.

What a disappointment at this place. After coming here for a year, I had 4 pairs of pants dry cleaned. The day after I picked them up I noticed that on one of them the hem on the pant leg was completely undone. When I brought it back to the Hickory, the woman said no guarantees and that it wasn't their problem. I explained that it was clearly a result of the dry cleaning and she was like I have to charge you. So, this cleaner can charge you to damage your pant and then charge you again to fix it? Never again. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Do not use this place for any tailoring !! They do not understand English well and completely destroyed my Burberry skirt ! Avoid !! I said I needed the skirt to be taken out an inch or 2 at the waist and she tapered it and made it tighter .. Completely altered the look as well from Aline to mermaid style When I told her an error was made - she insisted that I asked for this and it was not their fault Horrible customer service as well
