I had an excellent experience with Dir Home Inspections. John was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain all findings clearly pointing out both major concerns and routine maintenance items. The Home inspections report was detailed, easy to read, and included clear photos. This made it helpful to address my concerns with the seller and plan for future projects. I highly recommend John and Dir Home Inspections.
Very thorough and informative, John clearly has a lot of experience and shared the issues with the house and his concerns as he did the inspection. Additionally his inspection report was very helpful as it included pictures and detailed explanations so I can refer back to the report when doing future repairs. Highly recommend!
