This is an amazing spa. A spa where the workers clearly know how to mend, heal and restore. And after a massage you emerge totally rejuvenated. From their website: "SHOULDER MASSAGE Trigger point therapy can reduce pain, increase movement, and allow the muscles to soften, lengthen, and become stronger. Moderate pressure used when treating triggers points." After reading this, a visit to Zen was in the plans. They delivered. As when the massage was finished, pain was reduced and movement restored.
