The project had minor surprises (expected with an old house), but they were all manageable. We set a date and time for my repair. Teo's "guys" arrived a little before the scheduled time and I also received a text alerting me of their arrival . The guys surveyed the job, spoke directly with Teo and clarified with me exactly what they would do. Then they went to work quickly and efficiently. Victor, the owner of Elite Roofing Solutions showed up right on time. He did a complete inspection and measurement of the roof which was 30 years old and in need of replacement. He gave me a written estimate explaining every detail of the work and exactly what materials would be used.After getting estimates from 2 other roofing companies, I decided to go with Elite Roofing Solutions based on the fact that Victor was extremely knowledgeable and a hands on owner who went over every detail of the project. Victor scheduled the installation and it was done exactly in the time frame that he gave me.
