Me and my family have been coming here for over 20 years, and today I was completely disrespected and humiliated. Andy performed a service I did not ask for, and although it was only a $5 difference, I’ve noticed he constantly tries to push this on me even after I clearly say no. When I asked why he did it anyway, instead of apologizing, he responded rudely and humiliated me in front of the store, which is what caused me to lose my temper. At that point, I honestly felt like walking out without paying because of how I was treated. After being loyal customers for two decades, me and my family will no longer be returning, and if a sincere apology is not given, I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this experience.

The best! Have been going to Pro Nails for 20+ years now. Love all the staff: Joy, Andy, Kim, Rosa, Linda, Veronica and Dina. Moved out of the area and still drive to Carteret for my gel fill-ins, pedicures and eyebrow waxing.

Been going to this business for my nails and hair for 13 years. Joy does great work on my nails and Judy does a fantastic job with my hair. wouldn't go anywhere else

Judi a big WOW for her. She is The Best hair dresser, colouring hair . I am over whelmed by her services. She is very sweet, focused and expert in her work. I am very thsnkful to her for a great job for my hair . Love you Judi❤️😍🥰 you hair are safe in her hands😊🥳

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail place. The tools and equipment were not properly cleaned, and they clearly do not know how to clean the cuticles correctly. The manicure felt unhygienic and the overall service was poor. I felt uncomfortable throughout and would not recommend this place. Very unhappy with the service.

This is my first time at this salon. It was an emergency situationas I had dinner with a client anf my salon was 30m away. The salon is clean and the nail tech was very sweet and we had great conversation but on Friday I had a gel manicure $50 dollars plus $10 tip so 60 dollars. And by Monday my nails were chipped.
I would add a picture but indont have the option. Sadly I won't visit this salon again.
