“The roof had no active interior leak, but several seasons of moss growth, uneven shingle color, lifted tabs, and granules collecting beneath the downspouts suggested that it was approaching the end of its service life. “We will recommend American Quality to Everyone! We had our roof replaced and it was a sense of urgency because our roof was at least 20 years old and it was leaking into a couple of rooms! We obtained several estimates and AQH was the most reasonable. The AQH crew were :
On-time, experienced, courteous, thorough and hard-working!! We had several asks and they were addressed and taken care of: add a cricket, add a chimney cap and remove an antenna. We also have flex ductwork in our attic that needed to be detached during the roof repair and reattached once the roof was installed and they took care of the pre and post work as well as the outside cleanup! Very thorough as well as the removal of all debris!!! We had a ceiling replaced in the bath and very pleased with the employees, the quality of work and all pre and post cleanup!
