We currently participate with: Delta Dental, United Concordia (Principal, Guardian, Ameritas), Cigna. We can take other insurances, but were out of network with: Metlife, Aetna, specific Horizon BCBS plans. If you choose to come to an "out of network" dentist, you will have more out of pocket cost for certain procedures than with an "in network" provider.
