While the braiding was great, the cleanliness and etiquette is a mess. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing, but it’s quite rude for the stylist to be yelling in your ear while they’re talking on the phone or next to another stylist. I got a slight headache from that alone. It’s make the experience not enjoyable that much more. The shop is unkempt as well. They should get that together. And for some reason, on this particular day, there were only 2 stylists. Needless to say, customer service was good. They weren’t rude like the other braiding salons out there.

Went there early In the morning and waited for 3 hrs for my hair to be started and because i waited so long the owner gave a me a discount. The facility isn't the cleanest and the people can be dirty sometimes so you have to stay on top of them and watch closely.
