Obviously, they are very busy and pressed for time but all the doctors and nurses have always taken the time to answer my questions and explain their diagnostics and why they ended with it. Also, the clerical staff is very kind and helpful. All of these make me feel good and more connected with my doctor and nurse and I value that.”
