Had my second surgery at Hackettstown Medical Center and could not be happier. I found the surgical center staff to be kind, supportive, knowledgeable and competent. I truly felt like I was in good hands from the start to finish!
From the beginning with the ED nurses, Christina and Henry’s team effort to get my father stabilized and starting medications, labs and all of the tests. The care he received plus the patience with answering questions from my family, myself and explaining all the things he was going to have done was beyond what I expected. When he was moved to the PCU floor, the care continued to impress us. They treated my father like he was their own. Not only informing him of what was happening but what needed to happen.
