“Edit: a year later update:Our pond was very easy to bring out of winterization thanks to Sierra's education during installation. It looks as beautiful as ever and the water is flowing great. It continues to be an immense source of joy for us and I can't recommend Sierra enough!---We are so lucky that we found Sierra. Our pond was suffering due to frost heave; the walls were falling in and our fish were in danger. We called Sierra, hoping that someone would be able to help us fix the pond. What we found was something much, much better.Throughout the process we were awed by Sierra's professionalism and competence. The initial meeting was sent as an Outlook invitation - certainly nothing I was expecting from a landscaping company. Every meeting and phone call was timely and handled with excellent communication.When the crew finally began work, we were able to place our full trust and confidence into them. Clearly, these folks knew what they were doing and worked well as a team. From moving boulders in our yard to hooking up the electronics, never once did I fear that we would be left with a mess or that the job would be anything less than stellar.The finished product has exceeded anything that we felt we could ever have a part in owning. They have gone way above and beyond to contact their vendors, do research, etc. to find options for our unique situation. It is wonderful to know that not only was this a job, it is a relationship that will continue to build.We have truly been spoiled by Sierra, and I will recommend them to anyone who is even thinking of getting landscaping work done. They did everything I asked for, for exactly the price they quoted. Gave good advice for maintenance. Will use them again!! The before and after photos really don't even do it justice.
