Lawn Doctor of Wayne and Northern New Jersey

Used this company for about 5y and I finally had to cancel and go with someone else. 1x the guy spreading decided to do the front lawn then skip out. Not sure what he was thinking but they need to realize just about everyone has cameras these days and when someone is walking around the property they are being watched. I called and told them and they rectified the issue sending the guy back. Another time I confronted a worker and asked why was my lawn dying? He said I don't know. I mean isnt this what you do for a living? The office team is nice but the field guy's dont care or know what their job is. I moved on. My father had set up an account and I was tasked with taking over. I spoke with Josh in the office who was incredibly helpful & a great asset to the company. Every time I called, which was a lot to start out, he was helpful, kind and knowledgable. So far we have had one treatment and the lawn is already looking better after a brutal winter. I gave 4 stars because I have not seen the full effect of all the treatments, but I anticipate upping the stars once the season is over! Thanks Josh for making it all so easy and for being so helpful!

My family was in a situation where my husband was on disability and I was trying to make the best payments as possible for my home. Sorry we could not do better. I first spoke to Terrell who was very professional speaking to me. I then spoke to Fran in Accounting but I felt as a customer I did not need to be spoken to like that. I am not able to prepay for the entire season this year unfortunately. Recently I have had some fraud on my bank account and the bank is stopping payments. I wanted to continue working with Lawn Doctor but I told Terrell that I may have to go to another company who may work with me and receive checks as payment.
