Finished my new student discounted month of unlimited last week and immediately signed on for good. Been practicing nearly 4 decades, but after about a 5 year stint of practicing almost entirely at home, I feel blessed to have found this fantastic studio. Every staff member and teacher and fellow student has been friendly, warm and caring. It is such a safe place to practice and I am always reminded to do what serves me, my body, and my practice. It feels like coming home to myself to be in studio again, AND I also love that so much of the classes are offered virtually. I was blessed to have been able to take part in a transformative class led by 2 of the most influential, spirited women that I have been fortunate to know for well over a decade now.
Kat Roman & Tara Temple led one of the most serene, tranquil journeys for self love and compassion at their Self-Love Yoga Nidra & Sound Journey class.
My gratitude runs deep for these amazing women who dedicate their time for others.
The sense of community at Prana Yoga in Kinnelon as well as the Denville location is what makes us the collective feel like we are home 🙏.

I love this studio! Great availability for class times and variety of classes offered. The studio is always clean and has wonderful vibes. I especially enjoy classes with Carolyn and Stephen. They also offer sounds baths and other workshops. While I haven't attended a workshop yet, I plan to - they seem very interesting ☮🌸
