1-month in and they have held up to every item as described. A few bumps at the start as to be expected with a new relationship. Our business operates 24x7 and our customers depend on us when an emergency happens. Utilizing anserve for our everyday call center alleviates nonsense calls, spam calls etc.. We can concentrate on our day to day business. I especially like the text to portal interface that allows two way communication with anserve and the operators. So far so good!
