The establishment is clean, good aesthetics, and the folks are friendly and courteous. I am pleased with the work done on my daughter's hair. I've recommended Top Tier to a few folks, and continue to do so. My daughters and I had a good experience with Top Tier.
Great work done by my stylist but I did notice that Sedena, turned the TV off, my stylist asked why she turned the Tv off (since I was watching) and she replied saying “cause I can”. I asked my stylist to turn it back on and i’m assuming Sedena hide the remote because my stylist tried to look for it. I had to finish my appointment with an uncomfortable feeling because it was so quiet. I do appreciate the girl who was doing my hair bc she helped me feel more comfortable and apologized for her behavior. It’s my birthday and since it’s thanksgiving, she tried to make me feel as good as possible cause she knew I can’t celebrate it bc everything is closed.
I loved my experience although I did notice that Sedena- The manager had a terrible attitude towards the ppl who were in the salon, and I felt uncomfortable around her. But other than that I had a great time
