J is a flawless barber. I’ve been to a few different barbers in my day due to location of where I live. I always end up right back in J’s chair. There’s truly nothing like a “J Cut.” I would highly recommend anyone of any race or ethnicity to trust J with your hair cut. 5 star!

I frequent The Hair Factory on a weekly basis and always have a great experience! My hairstylist, Crystal Lewis, takes excellent care of my natural hair and Todi is, hands-down, one of the best braiders in the business! The barbers are top-notch (Jonathan is amazing), and the atmosphere is fun and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for the entire family...you will not be disappointed!!

You knows those hair stylist who seem to do everything BUT your hair while you’re in their chair ? NOT MS TODI ! I appreciated the professionalism - the accuracy in how long it would take to get my hair done - happy with the consistency of work (was done in just about 5 hrs) VERY PERSONABLE. I’m definitely on my way back 5/5
