OMG! I just moved to the neighborhood and have been seeking a shop to do my lovely head of hair. I surprisingly stumbled accross the shop in a panic, due to an engagement i had to go to I had no weave in hand just a full head of hair and request to complete in 3 hours. I walked in the shop filled with beautuful friendly woman asking what I needed. I was so filled up with gratitude, i was teary eyed. A woman named Helen approached me with her radient energy and patience to help guide me to the hair store next store to help choose and create a style. What a releif! Called a week ago made what I thought was an appt with Linda at 1:00pm. Communicated with her directly, I show up to be told she wasn’t working today. I did allow someone else to do my hair as I only wanted my hair corn rolled up in a ponytail. No extensions. The girl used a tiny comb, and didnt do my hair tight. Then she complained about the price quoted and wouldn’t put my hair up in a bun like I requested. I paid the price I was quoted. Didnt give a tip and won’t be returning. Very unprofessional shop.

continue to move but pulling on braided hair to untangle it but too rough.
3. The back is medium like I asked for and the front is smaller size . Trying to make the best of this situation once it loosens up I will put it in a bun.
4. LOUD not because of the music but yelling to each other across the room. I put my headphones on a listen to meditation...
5. 2 ppl came back and ask them to fix their braids.
I LOVE SUPPORTING BLK BUSINESS but this place was not for me. I'm sorry
