I was skeptical about coming here due to the reviews about textured or 4c hair but I decided to give it a try.
Shampoo was amazing & blow dry was thorough. After she did the blow dry I opted out of the flat iron because my hair was already straight. It was only $40 so adorable and manageable to leave a tip.
My advice is speak up! If you see your hair is already straight don’t get the flat iron or say you don’t want any high heat. I think people don’t say anything then get on here and leave reviews after the fact which isn’t fair to businesses like this. My daughter and I love our hair. Thanks again

I enjoyed getting my hair done by Louisa! She did a fantastic job and recieved a beautiful cut. I showed her a picture and she did it better than perfect! The service and staff were friendly and nice. I dont have a voice at the moment and they still talked to me and treated me extremely well. The shampoo lady was great. Had beautiful curly hair and washed my hair so well!!! I really enjoyed my time. I will return and send people right to this place!

I always go to Alex's to get pampered. I only get my hair washed there, but they do an amazing job wish scrubbing my scalp and then making my hair look amazing even without styling it. They are great!
