Fantastic experience every time! The staff is friendly, and appointments run on time with no long waits. The doctors are thorough, take the time to explain any concerns, and never make you feel rushed. They have a small, well-curated selection of designer frames and can order anything you need—without any pushy sales tactics. Highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Otto for dry eye, and I have to say I never thought I would be so impressed with going to the eye doctor! The entire office staff is so friendly and welcoming that I genuinely feel at home when I'm there. Dr. Otto has been very invested into curing my dry eye symptoms and I can say with confidence that if you are in need of any type of eye care services this is THE place to come. Thanks so much for going above and beyond with everything from scheduling appointments that fit my work schedule and providing top notch care!
I was able to come in without an appointment to get my extremely bloodshot eye looked at. It ended up being a broken blood vessel but who knew! I appreciate Doc Seigel and his team. Always attentive, friendly and professional.
